1. About VisitFLOW

VisitFLOW is a DasherOS LLC software service used by participating healthcare organizations to support patient preregistration, visit-request review, staff workflows, and related administrative activities.

2. Information we process

Depending on how a participating clinic configures VisitFLOW, information submitted by patients or their representatives may include contact information, demographic information, visit information, insurance information, and other information requested by the clinic for preregistration.

For authorized clinic staff, VisitFLOW may receive basic Google account identity information needed for authentication, such as name, email address, verified-email status, and account identifiers.

We may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including session, device, browser, network, diagnostic, and audit information.

3. How information is used

We use information to provide VisitFLOW, route preregistration information to the appropriate participating clinic, authenticate authorized staff, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, communicate about service operations, and satisfy applicable legal or contractual obligations.

4. Healthcare information and participating clinics

VisitFLOW supports workflows operated by participating healthcare organizations. A clinic may have its own privacy notice, patient policies, consent requirements, and legal obligations that apply to information submitted through its VisitFLOW experience.

When DasherOS processes information on behalf of a participating healthcare organization, that processing is also subject to the applicable agreements and legal requirements governing that relationship.

5. Google account data

VisitFLOW uses Google sign-in to authenticate authorized clinic staff. VisitFLOW does not request sensitive or restricted Google OAuth scopes and does not request access to a user’s Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or similar Google service content through its staff sign-in flow.

Google account identity information received for authentication is used to identify the staff member and enforce VisitFLOW access controls. It is not sold to advertisers or used for targeted advertising.

6. Sharing of information

Information may be made available to the participating healthcare organization responsible for the applicable VisitFLOW workflow and to service providers that help DasherOS operate, secure, host, or support the service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of VisitFLOW, its users, participating clinics, or others.

7. Data retention

Information is retained for periods reasonably necessary to provide the service, support the participating clinic’s workflow, maintain security and audit records, satisfy contractual requirements, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods may vary by clinic and record type.

8. Security

DasherOS uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through VisitFLOW. No method of transmission, storage, or authentication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Minors

Where permitted by a participating clinic, a parent, guardian, or other authorized representative may submit preregistration information for a minor. VisitFLOW is not intended to establish an independent relationship with a minor outside the participating clinic’s workflow.

10. Your questions and requests

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as VisitFLOW, applicable requirements, or our practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is posted.
