Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VisitFLOW, a software service provided by DasherOS LLC. By using VisitFLOW, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms or policies presented by the participating healthcare organization responsible for your workflow.

2. What VisitFLOW provides

VisitFLOW supports healthcare preregistration, patient visit requests, clinic review, staff workflows, and related administrative coordination.

VisitFLOW may interoperate with systems selected by participating clinics, including electronic health record, registration, communication, and identity services.

3. Visit requests are not appointments

Submitting information through VisitFLOW does not create, confirm, reserve, or guarantee an appointment. It also does not automatically check a patient in.

Appointment availability, scheduling, registration, treatment, and other healthcare decisions remain the responsibility of the participating healthcare organization.

4. Not medical advice or emergency services

VisitFLOW is an administrative workflow tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or clinical decision-making.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not rely on VisitFLOW. Contact appropriate emergency services or seek immediate medical assistance.

5. Information you submit

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide. If you submit information for another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

6. Clinic staff accounts

Clinic staff access is limited to authorized users. Authentication through Google or another identity provider does not by itself grant access to a clinic. VisitFLOW separately applies tenant, organization, and role permissions.

Authorized users must protect their accounts, follow their organization’s access policies, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse VisitFLOW, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access information without authorization, introduce malicious code, or use the service in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

8. Third-party services

VisitFLOW may connect with third-party services selected by DasherOS or participating clinics. Those services may have their own terms, availability, security controls, and privacy practices.

9. Service availability

We work to keep VisitFLOW available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, or updated as necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

10. Privacy

Our handling of information through VisitFLOW is described in the VisitFLOW Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in the participating clinic’s own privacy notices and policies.

11. Intellectual property

VisitFLOW, DasherOS branding, software, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are owned by DasherOS LLC or its licensors except where otherwise indicated.

12. Disclaimers and limitations

VisitFLOW is provided subject to applicable agreements and law. To the extent permitted by law, DasherOS disclaims warranties not expressly provided in a written agreement and is not responsible for clinical decisions, appointment availability, or actions taken by participating healthcare organizations or third-party services.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as VisitFLOW changes. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are posted.
